Filing a DMCA Copyright Infringement Notice
To submit a DMCA infringement notice to Snapchat, you must provide a written communication that includes substantially the following:

DMCA Counter-Notification Procedure
If your content was removed from a Snapchat Public Profile due to a DMCA copyright infringement notice, and you believe that the content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we will forward it to the party who submitted the original DMCA notice. If the original complainant does not initiate a court action within 10-14 business days, we may restore the removed content.

Repeat Infringers
Snapchat reserves the right to terminate, in appropriate circumstances, user accounts or access to Snapchat Public Profiles of users who are determined to be repeat infringers of copyrighted works.
